5 Days Fitness Challenge

17th - 21st August 2020

If you want to semi getaway from the screen and work on your fitness in prep for a return to the courts, we will be running a 5-Day Fitness Challenge starting from Monday designed by our Fitness Trainer, Taivo Stimmer.

17th – 21st AUG 2020
4:00pm – 4:30pm EACH DAY FOR INVITATIONAL B PLAYERS
4:30pm – 5:00pm EACH DAY FOR INVITATIONAL A PLAYERS

It will be HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions that should last around 20 minutes of activity and we will separate muscle groups as such:

  • Monday – Legs/Abs
  • Tuesday – Upper body/Abs
  • Wednesday – Legs/Abs
  • Thursday – Upper body/Abs
  • Friday – Legs/Abs

You can choose specific days and pay for those days but it is suggested to do all 5 in order to complete the challenge.

Once you have paid and registered, we will NEED YOUR ZOOM EMAIL TO INVITE YOU TO EACH SESSION.

Once paid, there will be no refunds but sessions may be recorded so they can be sent if you miss a class – it is assumed once paid, you have accepted OTR Elite’s Terms & Conditions.

Please be willing to show your video so Taivo can comment on form and technique as you complete the challenges. Registration is now available online so please look under events in Go Timmy once logged in and register there. Click here to register.
